Poppy's Restaurant

Having driven past here numerous times we called in today. Won't be driving past it without stopping again that's for sure. Excellent home cooked food, piping hot and what a varied menu. Very reasonably priced and you won't leave feeling hungry. The premises are clean, tidy and nicely laid out. The staff are polite and friendly too, always a bonus. Highly recommend this restaurant / cafe. I can honestly say I have never seen such a wide and varied menu, including sweets. Gluten free and vegetarian options also available.

I love poppies the prices are fair. The service is normally cheerful. They offer a good range of gluten free and so far in 4 years they haven't managed to gluten me.

Been visiting Skegness area for 9 years and 4 years ago we found this beauty!! It is absolutely brilliant. Service, prices and food are outstanding. We stay at Southview and we come off site everyday when visit to eat. fresh home made foods and they are amazing with out little girl. Thank you!!!!

Great service excellent food. Had a meal one afternoon then came back for breakfast.

Upon entering, we were greeted and seated very fast. The place gave off a very classic style cafe, which was great! The staff were very friendly and professional! My wife is coeliac. she ordered the all-day breakfast from the gluten-free menu, which she told me she very much enjoyed! She was thrilled to learn that they had gluten-free saussages as most places do not. I myself ordered the farmers all day breakfast, comprising of 2 eggs, 2 saussages, 2 rashers of bacon, a hash brown, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, a fried slice of bread and 2 slices of fresh bread for dipping, a heafty meal! It was all great! Everything was cooked beautifully, the eggs were perfect! I very much enjoyed my meal here and we would definitely recommend this to anyone with coeliac or anyone just looking for a great meal

Popped into poppy's this morning Sunday for a breakfast stop before having a few hours around Skegness everything was absolutely as good if not better than our last visit tbh friendly service yummy food and a warm and welcoming atmosphere what more do you want totally recommend this place plenty of parking disabled toilets Access too clean do I need to go on go see for yourselves you won't be disappointed.

Went this morning for breakfast, got seated straight away, server was polite and friendly, ordered 2 farmers breakfasts with drinks. Drinks arrived rather quickly with breakfast not far behind. Breakfast was really good and value for money. Would highly recommend to everyone

This place is first class. Amazing food and service. The staff are fabulous. We come here regularly and will continue to do so.
